Please follow the steps below to get your units registered and signed up for shows correctly:

  1. On the bottom right corner of the WGAZ home page, you will find a director sign in box.  Please click on "Register" and fill out all information to obtain your username and password.

2. Once your username and password has been approved by the webmaster, you will receive an email verifying that you are ready to sign in and create your units.

3. In the same director sign in box, enter your user name and password and you will be taken to the "Directors Only" area of the website.

4. In the bottom right corner of this "Directors Only" area, there is a dashboard where you can edit your profile, add a unit, manage a unit, post to classifieds and work with invoices.

5. Click on "add a unit".

6. Fill out all information about your unit.  Please refer to the different unit classifications found on the Forms page of the Resources tab if you are unsure about what classification to register your unit in.  Once again, the webmaster will have to approve your unit.  You will receive an email when your unit is confirmed and ready to manage.

7. Once your unit has been approved, return to your "Directors Only" area and select "manage unit".

8. Choose "Show Selection" to the right of your unit.  From the menu, choose shows you would like to attend and click on "submit".  You will be taken to a confirmation screen verifying your selections.

9. You must now pay for your unit in order to be registered for the shows.  Click on "Prepare Invoice" and select your level of membership.  Your invoice will be generated for you.

10. Please be sure to make multiple copies of your invoice!  Send one copy along with your payment to the WGAZ post office box so that the treasurer is able to accurately keep records of payment.
